6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All original content submitted by the client remains their property.
• Work created by The Publishers Republic remains our intellectual property until full payment is made.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

We may collaborate with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, printing vendors, ads platforms). We are not responsible for delays, policies, decisions, or outcomes tied to third-party platforms.

All client information and manuscripts are handled confidentially. However, disclosure may occur if required by law or to prevent fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for financial loss, business performance, or marketing results.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, external platforms, or client inaction.
• The client is fully responsible for the originality and legality of provided content.

Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed project period. Delayed responses may extend delivery timelines.

11. Termination

• Violation of terms may result in immediate termination.
• Disrespectful, abusive communication or fraudulent activities will lead to termination.
